I had nothing but a great experience with DSLD. Not only was the house well built with quality materials I was truly impressed with the periodic scheduled service they have to fix anything I had noticed and do things like caulking baseboards and crown molding due to normal settling in the first year. Awesome company!

Mazie Boudreaux is MISS MAKE IT HAPPEN. She not only made the loan process a breeze but she treated us as family. We had items that never got fixed from the first monthly inspection

DSLD did not follow through on the the 6 month & 12 month inspections. Also, I was left with chipped and severely scratched flooring, bad doors for the closets, one completely had a hole in the top. Chipped cabinets, bad shoe molding throughout the house, door knobs that continue to fall off, entry door from garage not hung right. All around, this house is one to be ashamed of. The sod was replaced and still not growing right. The backyard wasn’t leveled correctly. I was told they would fix all of this and nothing ever came ... read more

Not all the issues with the house were ever resolved. We keep having issues with the drain by the driveway. I filled up the hole many times and added a drained house extension but the issue was still there and started getting worse. Months went by without any response or resolution . I think that DSLD should have helped find a solution to this problem because the driveway started losing support under it and eventually will crack. Also. No one ever came to finish the work on the ceiling with our back porch. The ... read more

Had dsld mortgage for about a month. Then they sold it to someone else.
