As a district manager for a convenience, store chain, I am very pleased with this service we have received. We have weekly calls with them to review how to use the system, ask questions and they have been available for support on downloading videos and saving videos. This is one of the best services I have used in retail. We also use the service for video review audits where they’re able to provide random audits of items that we’re looking to improve our locations.
This company is going downhill. I had signed up to their video surveillance on Sept 13 but decided to pull out and cancel in the initial phase itself before they could ship anything. I figured their customer service was so bad in the initial stage. However, they went ahead and ACH my account anyway. Since then I have been trying to get my money back.
