I have been going to this practice since I was in high school (30 years). I have had several procedures done in that time including 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed, two cracked molars removed, two implants, and a nasopalantine duct cyst removal. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dugan for several years, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental and oral surgery needs. Dr. Dugan has performed extractions, root canals, and multiple implant procedures for me over the years, including a recent implant surgery. Every experience has been excellent. The team was amazing. They are so welcoming and thrive in customer care which is so important when receiving dental work. My tooth was removed while the team comforted and cheered me on. I had a local anesthesia which worked fine, and so far my healing is going according to plan. Thanks for a job well done.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Dugan was wonderful. He explained what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. He also treats his staff well. Sherry, Helen, Tina and Donna were terrific, too. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Dugan and Natalie made pulling my tooth less painful and almost painless. My post surgery days have been better than expected. Also nice to see Erica!
