I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Dugan was wonderful. He explained what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. He also treats his staff well. Sherry, Helen, Tina and Donna were terrific, too. I highly recommend this practice.
Always have fun. Dr Sweeney is not only a excellent surgeon he has a great personality. Regardless of the type of procedure I'm having done we try our best to be relaxed about it
The care and professionalism of this practice is unmatched. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 12 years and needed an extraction. I went to this office and explained my situation and was honest about my anxiety. I chose the IV sedation route and had a wonderful experience with the staff and doctor. It was a 10/10 experience for me. I was nervous. They knew it and responded with compassion and reassurance. They walked me through everything and aftercare info. Also-it’s seemed like only 2 min to pull my tooth-thank you Dr. Sweeney! Furthermore-I’ve had no issues or pain past op.
Would highly recommend the North Hills office. The doctor and the staff were compassionate and talked me through everything they were doing. I didn't have any pain during my procedure. They went through my aftercare instructions and made sure to answer any questions I had before I left. Along with providing the paper instructions. If you have anxiety when it comes to the dentist, I would recommend this office.
