We rented a home from another property management company for about 4 years. Toward the end of our lease, our property management was moved over to Dunn Properties. From the very start they provided excellent communication about the changes that were occurring and what we could expect. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. I've had a fantastic experience renting through Dunn property management! I've been renting through them for over 4 years now and Kimmy has been great to me. Very attentive and prompt to take action on the very rare occasions that I've had to contact them about any issues. She's helped me find the home I'm renting now. The original location we were looking to rent was unavailable but our Property Manager, Kimmy, sat down with me, asked questions about what we were looking for and found us an even more beautiful location that was perfect for our family. They are professional and care about not only the property owner, but those who rent the property. They look for a good fit for both which makes for lastingrelationships. Any issues, whether maintenance or needed repairs are addressed quickly and in a timely manner. Excellent communication.

I've leased property from Dunn Property Management for just shy of ten years now. Whitley and his entire team are incredibly professional and helpful and have always been attentive and quick to resolve any issues. Any time I’ve had an issue (which hasn’t been often), it’s been handled quickly and without any hassle or major inconvenience to me. Our company is primarily located in Texarkana. Over the last couple years we have decided to add office space in the NWA area. Before purchasing a property of our own we rented office space from Dunn Property Management, through their Sunbridge commercial office space. The property was well maintained and everything we needed at the time. Working with them was very easy and communication was always timely. If we ever need rental space in the future we will look for properties they manage.
