We rented a home from another property management company for about 4 years. Toward the end of our lease, our property management was moved over to Dunn Properties. From the very start they provided excellent communication about the changes that were occurring and what we could expect. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. When we ended our lease, Kimmy handled our move out inspection and was super nice and easy to work with. The original location we were looking to rent was unavailable but our Property Manager, Kimmy, sat down with me, asked questions about what we were looking for and found us an even more beautiful location that was perfect for our family. They are professional and care about not only the property owner, but those who rent the property. They look for a good fit for both which makes for lastingrelationships. Any issues, whether maintenance or needed repairs are addressed quickly and in a timely manner. Excellent communication.
I've had a fantastic experience renting through Dunn property management! I've been renting through them for over 4 years now and Kimmy has been great to me. Very attentive and prompt to take action on the very rare occasions that I've had to contact them about any issues. She's helped me find the home I'm renting now.
