Our company is primarily located in Texarkana. Over the last couple years we have decided to add office space in the NWA area. Before purchasing a property of our own we rented office space from Dunn Property Management, through their Sunbridge commercial office space. The property was well maintained and everything we needed at the time. Working with them was very easy and communication was always timely. If we ever need rental space in the future we will look for properties they manage.
I've leased property from Dunn Property Management for just shy of ten years now. Whitley and his entire team are incredibly professional and helpful and have always been attentive and quick to resolve any issues. Any time I’ve had an issue (which hasn’t been often), it’s been handled quickly and without any hassle or major inconvenience to me. Rented from Dunn property management for a few years. Fast and reliable service, pleasant people and even better properties. Any issue I had was solved within the day, if possible. Would recommend.
If I could give zero stars I would. During our 2 years stay in a townhome managed by Dunn property I cannot say there were that many issues, although when we moved in, the carpet floor had not been cleaned or washed at all. The biggest problem was when we recently left the property. Kimmy Beschoner (property manager) is charging us $584 for the following: missing light bulbs,change batteries for smoke alarm,filters and carpet cleaning. and touch up paint... wow, that is an unarmed robbery. we left that place in tip top shap... read more
