Duplessis Builders has been great from Day 1 of meeting Dawn to help design our pool to meeting with Derek the owner. We met with 6-7 pool builders and it was an easy decision to choose them. All of their workers were very nice, friendly, clean and showed up on the days they said they would. Duplessis was top notch for our pool build. Not only did they exceed every expectation but went even higher. From day one communication was everything. We knew what was going on step by step. We had an amazing experience with Duplessis Builders. After interviewing three different pool companies for my parents, we felt most comfortable with them, and it turned out to be the best decision. Duplessis Builders has done amazing work in our backyard. We are beyond pleased with how everything has turned out. From a custom pool design that they came up with, to adding in a hot tub late in the design process, to bringing an outdoor fireplace dream to life, and then beautiful landscaping to tie it all in together. Derek was wonderful to work with, answering all of our questions and listening to all of our ideas to ensure we got the beautiful backyard we envisioned.
