I have used Durham Fence several times and each time I have been very happy with the results. I just had a great picket fence and gates installed. It looks fabulous, I am so impressed with the level of workmanship, the attention to detail and the response time to my request for installation. I highly recommend this company.
Everyone at Durham Fence was professional and friendly. From helping us figure out how to fence our property to what styles would work well for conditions to the installation, we had a great experience. Throughout the installation if there was something irregular (we have rocky, sloping land) Caesar had several suggestions and asked how we'd like to proceed. I greatly appreciated that. AVOID, as the sales person /estimator knows nothing about their vinyl fence product they sell. They tout their vinyl as the best but they refuse to back it up in writing. The manufacturer brochure doesn't state vinyl certifications etc. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK if you speak w/ these people ! The fence industry for the most part has people who don't know their own products and, lie about their competition. It's been a real experience. Best to avoid this place. CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! From day one had nothing but problems with Durham Fence Co.....warping product, discoloration, bowing fence, etc., They've been out about 5 times to fix problemS (plural) and they are still not corrected. I have now been calling Andrew constantly since March (he returned ONE call). It's now September and he won't return any more of my calls and nobody has been back to fix their shoddy work. They do'n't stand behind their product or work. They deserve a ZERO rating.
