Great customer service. I called and spoke with the Office Manager, Naia. She was very welcoming answering all my questions over the phone. She was able to book me a same day consultation appointment. Nice offices and I was greeted with smiles. I met with Rose who took her time assessing my wants and explaining in detail how Cool Sculpting works. Next I met with Isabelle on the benefits of T-Shapellx 2 to get final ultimate results. Rose is amazing! She’s professional, kind, and always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. Her energy is warm and funny, which makes every appointment such a great experience. I always leave Dvida Spa feeling refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend her!
I thoroughly enjoyed my Diamond Glow facial at Dvida spa. From the moment I walked in I felt well cared for as everyone was so nice. The receptionist- I’m sorry I don’t know how to spell her lovely name - to Rose, esthetician! Rose gave me a relaxing facial - I fell asleep during part of it. And today, my skin looks noticeably better. I’m looking forward to the Black Friday specials coming soon!!
I visited with a Groupon for dermaplaning and a DiamondGlow facial. Rose was professional and knowledgeable. She gave me some great tips for how to better take care of my skin. I would definitely book another appointment with her.
I LOVE Danielle! She is hands down THE best injector! 10/10 for the past two years! Lines WHERE??!! I get Botox + Filler — Tox also does wonders for my TMJ!
