Great customer service. I called and spoke with the Office Manager, Naia. She was very welcoming answering all my questions over the phone. She was able to book me a same day consultation appointment. Nice offices and I was greeted with smiles. I met with Rose who took her time assessing my wants and explaining in detail how Cool Sculpting works. Next I met with Isabelle on the benefits of T-Shapellx 2 to get final ultimate results. I thoroughly enjoyed my Diamond Glow facial at Dvida spa. From the moment I walked in I felt well cared for as everyone was so nice. The receptionist- I’m sorry I don’t know how to spell her lovely name - to Rose, esthetician! Rose gave me a relaxing facial - I fell asleep during part of it. And today, my skin looks noticeably better. I’m looking forward to the Black Friday specials coming soon!!
Rose is amazing! She’s professional, kind, and always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. Her energy is warm and funny, which makes every appointment such a great experience. I always leave Dvida Spa feeling refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend her!
I visited with a Groupon for dermaplaning and a DiamondGlow facial. Rose was professional and knowledgeable. She gave me some great tips for how to better take care of my skin. I would definitely book another appointment with her.
I’d advise being cautious with the laser hair removal service here. The technician who treated me was friendly, but the laser settings used were clearly too mild. Even after six sessions, I saw very little improvement and I have light skin with dark hair, which typically responds well to laser. When I raised my concern and mentioned that I’d had great results from another spa using similar technology, they didn’t review or adjust anything. Instead, they suggested I purchase more sessions.
