We recently came home from vacation and we had no heat. Dynamic came right out and found the problem, the service tech, Claudia, was very knowledgeable, she found the problem right away. Unfortunately it didn't make sense to repair it given the age of the unit so we went with a new boiler. Dynamic was able to schedule us quickly and they installed the new unit. I'm never one to complain except when it really needs to be shared. Most of the time I just stay silent. After spending in upwards of $13,000 on a new furnace, the furnace had parts that failed shutting down the furnace after only five months of service. Dynamic tried charging $1,500 for the repair. We felt that this should've been a warranty issue. Dynamic Heating & Cooling did a great job servicing my furnace and completing the maintenance it needed. The technician arrived right on time, was friendly, and explained everything clearly. The office staff was also very courteous and easy to work with, which made scheduling simple. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience — highly recommended.

The entire experience was great! Jay the person who came out to our home was very professional and informative. The prices were very competitive and we were offered different options. On the day of installation the workers Alex and Isaiah were very courteous and professional. They had to stay a little longer to finish due to an unforseen complication. A+
