We recently came home from vacation and we had no heat. Dynamic came right out and found the problem, the service tech, Claudia, was very knowledgeable, she found the problem right away. Unfortunately it didn't make sense to repair it given the age of the unit so we went with a new boiler. Dynamic was able to schedule us quickly and they installed the new unit. Dynamic is wonderful! We have an older geothermal unit in Old Saybrook that no one has really been able to help us with, but they sent Claudia out and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about our 20+ year old system! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Dynamic Heating & Cooling did a great job servicing my furnace and completing the maintenance it needed. The technician arrived right on time, was friendly, and explained everything clearly. The office staff was also very courteous and easy to work with, which made scheduling simple. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience — highly recommended.

We had no heat during the coldest night of the year. I called Dynamic at 6:30 on a Friday night and spoke to a lovely woman who was kindly and calmly able to help through this very frustrating time. Isaiah the technician came out within the hour and quickly resolved the issue so quickly while educating us on what we can do if this happens again. They will be our first call for any heating or cooling issues from now on!
