We just had two stair lifts installed today for my dad. Derek did a great job installing them and he took the time to explain everything to my dad and myself. He made my dad try them out while he was here. I highly recommend this company. Great people to work with.
Very pleased with the service and product. My sister and I met first with Jeff who measured our space and answered all of our questions. Derek did a great job of installing the lift perfectly and the stair lift is great. It runs on a rechargeable system that plugs in to the outlet so that if there is an outage; there is still battery backup. In addition there are 2 remote controls that you can use in the event you need to call the unit up or down the stairs.
had a problem with our stair lift , called on a Sunday morning and two hours later, Jeff came and installed a new circuit board!! Incredible service, especially on a Sunday. Would highly recommend this company.
Completely satisfied! Thanks to Jeff and Derrick of EJ Medical. My mom had a fall down the stairs several months ago and severely tore her rotator cuff. We had EJ Medical Supply come out and install a stair lift into my parent's home a few months ago. They helped us pick out the most reasonable product for our budget but also made sure it met all of our needs. I wasn't onsite during the installation, but I did talk to them over the phone several times. They were so kind to both me and my parents.
