I been living here 5 years when Kim was here never a problem. Kim left and the place is not the same . Every month a email of nonsense….. I work 7 days a week 7 am to 7 pm and I’m bothered constantly by new management for being in my garage with my hammer, My personal items in front of door , Why do you park in Handicap . She say he say this is Unprofessional …There is always a better way of resolving issues with Tenants…🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
it's been 3 1/2 yrs that I gave been living here also my sister and niece live here a bit longer then me ,and it's wonderful quite I'm glad I moved here and there is no drama or any problems here I'm very happy wouldn't go any where else! Property Manager kim is a great person and always there when I need her np and Bobby Maintenance guy is a wonderful person!
I'm sorry at first it was wonderful, now it unbelievable you have neighbors that complained about everything, to much on my list! Like stupid things heavy foot steps or to much noise mind you some people work late hours if you don't like it deal with it we have to deal with it, with others noises but we still work it out period. If you don't like it then maybe you shouldn't be here at all it doesn't matter! what we are neighbors becarefu lwhat you ask for!!! That's my neighbors downstairs!!!!!!! 😒
This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE! There are sooo many issues about this complex, just too much to go through. From the screaming kids, graffiti, garbage and SECURITY CAMERAS IM TOLD DONT WORK …it’s endless. If you have a bunch of kids you don’t want to watch then this is the place for you!
I apply couple of years ago and they couldn't find my application or my mom application. We reapply they told us they couldn't find the application again. So we ask for a third application and they told us the list is closed. I don't get it!
