This apartment complex was the biggest rip off on so many levels. I moved out after satisfying the obligated 13 month lease. They kept my $99 deposit plus the pre-payment of $42.39 plus the overpaid move out rent of $57. Adds up to $198.39. I was charged $77 to patch six little nail holes and then charged me another $150 to clean the apartment when I left it cleaner then it was when I moved into it. I feel bad for the grounds keepers always picking up trash after all the undisciplined kids throw there trash everywhere. Bunch of people here own aggressive dogs and can't manage to clean up after the very thing they are suppose to take care of. To bad this place doesn't do the poop program like my last apartment they'd make so much money off people who blatantly don't give a shit if they leave outside like that I could only imagine how disgusting they leave there homes
Please don’t choose to live here! First off, they somehow managed to remove prior Google reviews, including my own, which is already shady. Besides Cody, management is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They do not care about their tenants or their property, just about making money and enforcing rules. Bad build quality on the actual apartments. Amenities are subpar at best with many being poorly kept or lacking entirely. I love living here! The kids are a little much at times but that is just due to lack of parenting. Beautiful community with great amenities!
Eagle Pointe used to have a bad rating with many reviews but somehow they had them all removed and reset. I lived here for 1 year and it was the worst experience I have ever had, it damaged my mental health significantly. The only person who will help you is Cody, everyone else will blow you off and treat you like an idiot for asking them to enforce basic rules that everyone agreed to.
