DO NOT RENT HERE!!! These “luxury” apartments are not only expensive but you hardly get to use any of the amenities that are included in the rent, and good luck if you move in and you don’t get a key card to access the amenities right away. When I first moved in I was told they had no key card to give me and they would have one for me in a week. After 6 months of living there I still had no key card and I would ask about EVERY MONTH. This apartment complex was the biggest rip off on so many levels. I moved out after satisfying the obligated 13 month lease. They kept my $99 deposit plus the pre-payment of $42.39 plus the overpaid move out rent of $57. Adds up to $198.39. I was charged $77 to patch six little nail holes and then charged me another $150 to clean the apartment when I left it cleaner then it was when I moved into it. The staff here will target you if they decide they dislike you as a person. These are "luxury" apartments that are lacking anything that would indicate that this is anything more than your average housing other than an upcharge on your rent. I've had a broken refrigerator since I moved in and the staff has failed to fix it in the year I've lived here despite work requests. like an hoa in an overpriced apartment package. frequent issues with public amenities such as people urinating in the sauna, having ~adult relations~ in the theater room, etc. they also are adding new rules not agreed upon in the lease nor given to residents anywhere else (such as window curtains needing to be white facing out). things that were never issues before are suddenly fineable offenses because anything non-white or decor viewable from outside is unacceptable. read the regulations and decide for yourself if this i... read more

I stopped by Eagle Pointe recently and was really impressed with how nice the community is. The clubhouse and shared spaces are beautiful, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of effort into keeping the property clean and welcoming. The amenities are great too — things like the movie room and sauna really make it feel like a higher-end place to live. The staff I interacted with were friendly and professional, and the whole property had a really comfortable, well-maintained feel. Definitely a really nice community.
