RecommendedMy wife and I lived at another retirement community before we migrated to 55 Resort. What a tremendous change. There are so many activities that are sponsored by the Resort. A great many new friends have been gained here. Most of the activities are conducted by the staff (Lisa, and Lauren). Every staff member here has the satisfaction of the residents in mind. I have found everyone here tone ind and helpful. Every time I have asked the staff for help they have gone over and above what they could do to help me.
We were searching for a reasonable place to live when the time had come for us to move back to Colorado. We wanted a quiet place where we no longer had to do our own repairs and property maintenance. A friend recommended 55 Resort at Water Valley as an option. We checked it out and found the lease was reasonable compared to other 55+ apartments in the area we were looking. Beautiful, maintenance free, awesome amenities and a gorgeous outdoor space for relaxation and entertaining! I'm getting my name on the wait list when I turn 55... because the idea of downsizing and just living life sounds super appealing to me. I don't have to mow the lawn?! if something breaks, someone else can fix it?! It also helps that this location is in the most beautiful space in the US and close to all the shopping and dining. Sign me up!
We have lived at the Windsor Resort over a year and can’t say enough about the staff, they are excellent! The residents are the best, it is truly a special community that soon becomes family. The amenities are great-pool, hot tub, gym, pub, craft room, library. I would highly recommend this place
The campus and facilities are gorgeous and top notch! Management is very responsive, caring, and deeply engaged with the residents and their well being. I’d live here if I could!
Great place to live. Staff is very helpful trying to take care of all of our needs. They seem to understand that we all have issues that need to be dealt with so they go out of the way to take care of us. Social events are well organized and fit our needs and lifestyle. Windsor is a great little town and the surrounding community has everything that you could ever possibly want and need including shopping social things and medical.
This is a beautiful building with amazing amenities! Did you know you can hit the golf course without needing your car? The pool, theatre, bar and fitness facilities are top notch as well. The staff is very helpful and courteous and ensures a great experience for everyone. I’m just waiting until I’m officially old enough so I can move in!
