I love living at Eagles West. they make everything easy, they send reminders about rent, they offer surprises and food trucks and events. the staff is friendly. it is an older apartment complex but if things break their maintenance team comes as soon as possible to fix it. this place is great!
I have loved living here for the past two years! The apartments are a great size and close for class and game days. The pool area and gym are perfect. I actually was able to host one of my organizations formals in the pool area because it's so spacious and pretty! There's so many dogs that live here that you can pet and the staff if extremely helpful with maintenance and questions. And they always offer food and competitions for prizes on social media! Charges you for every little thing and makes it very expensive cancel a reservation even months in advance. Nice area, helpful staff.

I have lived in a one bedroom at Eagles West for the past two years and I absolutely love it. While I have had several maintenance issues, Eagles West's maintenance team is always extremely prompt in resolving those issues for me and they are super nice as well. Joey always brings my dog treats when he comes to fix things at my apartment which is an added bonus. The grounds are very well maintained and super clean and the atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. I lived here for 2 years and it was fairly decent. It's extremely pet friendly, the community is clean and peaceful, and maintenance is REALLY helpful in any situation. I even put in a work order once at 8:30pm because my AC went out and the maintenance worker drove over to help me out about 30 minutes later even though he was at home and off the clock. My older sister lived in Eagles West her last year of college and out of Creekside and 221 Armstrong, she said it was her favorite apartment complex so as soon as she graduated, I took over and moved in my freshman year and have lived there ever since! You really can not beat the location, price, and quality of these apartments!!! Nick Andrew the apartment manager stated that the carpet needed to be replaced. $350 When I asked concerning the confirmation via new pictures. To ensure the carpet was replaced He refused. He refused to show proof except the invoice. How do we know if the carpet was really replaced for the next tenant. Or is the next tenant living with the old carpet. Very shady not trustworthy

Christopher, we provide proof via the invoice we received from our vendor. As we explained via email over the phone, we charged you back the cost for the carpet which was $350.00. The carpet was replaced due to the pet odor left by your tenant at the time of move out. The invoice we provided was ample proof showing the carpet was replaced. Lived at Eagles West for 4 years (2014-2018). Decent place, nothing crazy. Rent is way more expensive then it should be. It went up almost $200 for me while i was living there. Due to age of buildings, things are going to break, or go out. Luckily maintenance is the best attribute about the place, heck of a maintenance man they have. Location is nice. Auburn is a growing market and rates are just established based on the market. I'm glad you decided to stay in lieu of the increase though as long as you did!
