Excellent experience with Dr. Babak Behin. From the very first visit, I felt comfortable and well cared for. He is very professional, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He listens carefully and answers all questions with patience. The staff is also very friendly, and the office is clean and well organized. I felt supported throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Behin to anyone looking for an ENT specialist.
Dr. Behin was funny and quickly put me at ease being that it was my very first time getting my ears cleaned in all of my years of living. It did not hurt at all, especially since I was told to put drops of Peroxide in both ears to loosen the wax in the days leading up to my appointment. Because of this, my appointment literally lasted for all of 5-7 minutes, tops. It was simple and easy. Thank you so much for making my experience as pleasant and painless as it was.
The doctor was quick and efficient! Will definitely come back here for any issues I have in the future, and I highly recommend Dr. Behin! 😊
Honestly felt a little upset since the visit this afternoon. the consult was a bit rushed which really surprised me especially since it wasn’t full in the waiting area . I talked about my concerns and about how difficult it’s been to breathe and the response and feedback had felt a bit brushed off the moment I said I didn’t have insurance at the moment . wasn’t given any advice about how to temporarily treat the issue and was told to basically wait possibly multiple days until a different doctor can help me I’m hoping the... read more
I think it's too bad they open only 2 days per week and rush the appointments. He gave me a pain medicine but didn't give me advices on how to fix the problem. And I can't and don't want to be on strong pain medicine everyday my whole life... So 65$ seems a lot for a 5min appointment that didn't solve my problem. I wish I had time to receive more advices.
