Dr. Bertelli and Nikki were terrific. Good conversation and felt that there was good communication. Also did not feel that Bella, my GS that I have just adopted was the "next appointment". Hope to have many years of such visits!!
We had to put our 17 yr old best buddy Biskit down 2 weeks ago. Everyone that was involved was so incredibly kind and wonderful. It was a very hard day for us and they couldn't have been more compassionate to Biskit and our needs. Thank you again for making that day a smooth transition for all of us.
My experiences here have been good. The cost for quality care at this veterinary practice is the most affordable I've experienced in Asheville. The staff is polite and caring. One of the vets gave me advice on how to help my senior cat get hydration and it actually worked.
They are super good with my dog and clearly are concerned about her well being and her having a great experience. Things are well explained and I never feel pressured. The doctors, technicians and receptionists are super friendly and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend this practice.
We are new to the area and have already visited the team twice with one of our senior dogs. They are very accommodating, gentle and sweet with our chatty boy, and Dr. Bertelli took the time to explain a new diagnosis when we were not sure what was going on with our pup. We are very appreciative of their prompt and kind care.
