Every doctor, technician and assistant we have met at this state of the art modern clinic over the course of treatment to return our beloved cat to health has exhibited exceptional professionalism, expertise and genuine caring - for her - and for us. We highly recommend this true family of practitioners.
Dr. Bertelli and Nikki were terrific. Good conversation and felt that there was good communication. Also did not feel that Bella, my GS that I have just adopted was the "next appointment". Hope to have many years of such visits!!
We had to put our 17 yr old best buddy Biskit down 2 weeks ago. Everyone that was involved was so incredibly kind and wonderful. It was a very hard day for us and they couldn't have been more compassionate to Biskit and our needs. Thank you again for making that day a smooth transition for all of us.
My experiences here have been good. The cost for quality care at this veterinary practice is the most affordable I've experienced in Asheville. The staff is polite and caring. One of the vets gave me advice on how to help my senior cat get hydration and it actually worked.
New to this Vets office, my concerns are for the time, conversation and care of my fur babies. Fancy atmosphere is not the what I look for. The vet was courteous but most importantly to me centered on Pearl. Asking questions and actually listening to the answers. Engaging in conversation toward her care. I appreciate the quality of care and manner of handling of Pearl both physically and health wise .
