After hearing at one vet that they did not know what was wrong with my dog, over and over again, I decided it was time for another opinion. I was able to get in quickly to meet with Dr. Bertelli, and within minutes, she gave me a diagnosis that made perfect sense. I left with two wonderful, modern products that brought my dog relief almost immediately. I have a followup appointment but my dog is essentially healed and back to her old self. Paid $300 for some blood tests and for the Dr to suggest within minutes of meeting ( before test results were in), that my 4 year old cavapoo (service dog) should be put down due to having an unknown illness (elevated liver enzymes, elevated billirubin and jaundice). Initially, this is the ONLY OPTION I was presented with. My boy had energy and good cognition at this visit even wagging his tail,saying hi and complying to all commands given.
