We have been attending East Bentleigh Vet Clinic for 32 years with our 3 dogs. That in itself says a great deal. The Vets and all the Nurses and reception staff are wonderful, kind caring people who love animals and are part of our family now. Thank you EBVC for all the years of caring for our 3 boys Jack, Mac and Finn and for us too.
Staff are fantastic and very friendly. Very knowledgeable and have been taking great care of our cat. They are very patient with a boy that at times doesn't have a lot of patience. All their efforts are greatly appreciated.
So pleased with our first experience at East Bentleigh Vet Clinic. We were referred here by another vet, who felt we would be in better hands with Dr Bronwyn due to some health issues with our 9 month old pup. I must admit after so many vet visits that didn’t give us any real answers or solutions, leaving us more confused than when we came, I had little hope.. but Dr Bronwyn is amazing, knowledgeable, and so compassionate. My senior dog is being treated for a disorder, needing multiple blood tests and medication. The vet Dr Beth is lovely, however some of the reception staff are arrogant, bordering on rude. I booked my dog in for the second blood test needed at over $500 a pop, and was told no information required, just bring him in at 0800. My son took him in and was asked numerous questions about time meds were given, when did they start, how many days on the meds, questions he couldn't answer, and he was told they couldn't do the test and h... read more
Good to see this vet clinic has some great permanent vets again who really know their stuff. They also offer a great care program for pets with ongoing needs.
