Visited with my cat Goth and couldn’t recommend it more. Was such a quiet and relaxing waiting room, and all of the vet nurses were so lovely- especially the head nurse Katja. She took the time to sit down with my cat and was talking to her and calming her down. She answered all my questions too, this clinic was an all round great visit.
We always have a wonderful experience here. I took my 2 year old border collie to have his teeth cleaned and they did a fantastic job, they look perfect now. The Vet Nurses are always lovely and the Vet was attentive, kind and obviously very good at her job. Calling after he was out of anaesthesia and answering all my questions. Newton was eating and ready to run around again a few hours after getting home! Also look the before and after!
We took our senior dog there for their Winter Health Check promotion. We got a really good overview of where our little mans health is at, the blood test was extremely reassuring since he's almost 17 years old now! The vet gave me an easy to follow and low maintenance plan to keep him comfortable through the colder months and beyond that. Reception staff were really friendly too!
Dr Marlena and the EBVC team provided an exceptional level of care for my highly anxious cat, Jack (and his anxious owner). Marlena was gentle and patient in his pre-procedure appointment and I felt completely at ease leaving him in her care. As a lovely touch, Marlena gave Jack a certificate of bravery after his appointment and even gave him a birthday cat-cake while he was recovering from his anesthesia. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Celia and her amazing team for the outstanding care they gave our beloved cat. Our cat has a serious heart condition and we were very anxious about her undergoing a procedure under general anaesthesia. Dr. Celia took the time to patiently answer all our questions and clearly explained the adjustments they would make to ensure our cat’s safety.
