I've been going here for years with my cat and dog. I loved the old owner and felt service went downhill after they left, but my most recent visits I have been blown away by the carer, professionalism and advise by the vets. There is a new team of permanent vets (well newish they seem pretty experienced). I can request and get my favorite vet readily for surgeries and consults and they go out of their way to make sure I can see the same vet for revisits and continuity of care. Have been going here for a few years since having our pup for approximately 3 years, really only for vaccinations and checkups and was more than happy with the service provided at those points. Seems to be going downhill since new management however. Had an appointment for regular yearly vaccination on the 11th of February made via online form with correct updated contact details (this is important, old phone number no longer in use), received email confirmation for 12:40pm. Visited with my cat Goth and couldn’t recommend it more. Was such a quiet and relaxing waiting room, and all of the vet nurses were so lovely- especially the head nurse Katja. She took the time to sit down with my cat and was talking to her and calming her down. She answered all my questions too, this clinic was an all round great visit.
Been going there for over 20 years. The previous owner was extremely attentive and patience. Since the take over with the new owner, the service is appalling and the vet that I saw this morning wasn't listening to my concerns. I walked out of there and will never recommend this clinic to anyone. Happy that I found another vet who is willing to accommodate us right away. Now that is call top service.
We always have a wonderful experience here. I took my 2 year old border collie to have his teeth cleaned and they did a fantastic job, they look perfect now. The Vet Nurses are always lovely and the Vet was attentive, kind and obviously very good at her job. Calling after he was out of anaesthesia and answering all my questions. Newton was eating and ready to run around again a few hours after getting home! Also look the before and after!
