We love East Bentleigh Vet Clinic. All of the staff at the clinic are incredibly caring. The communication between us as patients (our dogs ) and the staff is always timely and clear. The staff are knowledgeable and will always try their best to look after our pets in the most caring and adequate way possible. I would go as far as saying the staff go above and beyond to not only look after our dogs but us too. The clinic is always clean.
WORST EVER VET experience Quoted one price on phone expected to pay higher price upon visit. Due to their mistake made upon booking. GALE/Practice manager had the Gall to lecture me when I complained. She did not mention the word mistake or offer a apology. Her Attitude was I couldn't care less. Apparently Senior vet decided for me to pay new higher price,or go elsewhere. Person (Bec) who gave me phone quote doesn't work there and they have never heard of her. What a JOKE. Good experience, my dog didn't bought their fingers off.
Please DO NOT ever visit this “practice” with your babies! DO NOT recommend! The most uncaring, uncompassionate people around, this includes all vets and reception staff. I did send them an email after our terrible experience and I didn’t even receive a courtesy reply back from them, it just proves they simply did not care. They are very quick to charge exorbitant prices (more than most vets) but can’t even show an ounce of empathy or compassion to an obviously highly distressed pet parent. A couple of years ago, I changed vets and thought I'd give East Bentleigh Vet Clinic a try. I have absolutely no regrets! Our family dog and guinea pigs have been cared for with utmost care, dedication and skill. I am in awe and very grateful for the compassion of these incredibly wonderful vets. They know my pets and I am so very happy that I found this clinic ❤️
