Been going there for over 20 years. The previous owner was extremely attentive and patience. Since the take over with the new owner, the service is appalling and the vet that I saw this morning wasn't listening to my concerns. I walked out of there and will never recommend this clinic to anyone. Happy that I found another vet who is willing to accommodate us right away. Now that is call top service.
We always have a wonderful experience here. I took my 2 year old border collie to have his teeth cleaned and they did a fantastic job, they look perfect now. The Vet Nurses are always lovely and the Vet was attentive, kind and obviously very good at her job. Calling after he was out of anaesthesia and answering all my questions. Newton was eating and ready to run around again a few hours after getting home! Also look the before and after!
We have been going to this Vet clinic for 20 years. The staff are lovely, caring and friendly, the vets go that extra mile, and overall we can't thank you enough for looking after our beloved cats. It's so stressing when one of them is unwell, and so good to know that the clinic is there when we need them. Five stars isn't enough to express our thanks.
Dr Bronwyn was absolutely amazing with my puppy, he was wagging his tail the whole time without realising he was getting an injection. The ladies at the front desk were also fantastic. Very compassionate and positive team!
Dr Marlena and the EBVC team provided an exceptional level of care for my highly anxious cat, Jack (and his anxious owner). Marlena was gentle and patient in his pre-procedure appointment and I felt completely at ease leaving him in her care. As a lovely touch, Marlena gave Jack a certificate of bravery after his appointment and even gave him a birthday cat-cake while he was recovering from his anesthesia.
