I went by to check on renting a storage unit yesterday, and Evans Mini Storage is under new ownership and is called East Brenton Storage. I spoke with new personnel getting stuff set up. The name changed and some great changes are in the works, it sounds like. They will have cameras up soon. Security is always my main topic. Looking forward to improved and needed changes. I took a pic of their sign so you can see where to rent a unit.
My experience has been very good with this storage facility, I love the any time. CODED access as I work really late at times and was still having to store things by a deadline so I could come and go as I needed but still secure with the personal entry code. And it's well lit. I also love the no contact rental and monthly pay as well as the text reminder it was due because I forget everything
Best price around for a clean unit with the option to rent online the same day. Owners have done an amazing job keeping pest away, upgrading the units, and adding security! Highly satisfied with Easter Brewton Storage!
My mom has a storage at this place, and you all have been great with her. We do wish people would stop just leaving their trash laying around as there has been a trash bag placed directly right infront of our unit. So sad people feel the need to trash the community and not pickup after themselves. What happened to sweeping out the unit and just closing the door? I have been this company for several years. And I'm very happy with my service. I haven't had any brake it's or any problems. If so the owner takes cares of them promptly.
