My experience has been very good with this storage facility, I love the any time. CODED access as I work really late at times and was still having to store things by a deadline so I could come and go as I needed but still secure with the personal entry code. And it's well lit. I also love the no contact rental and monthly pay as well as the text reminder it was due because I forget everything

I went by to check on renting a storage unit yesterday, and Evans Mini Storage is under new ownership and is called East Brenton Storage. I spoke with new personnel getting stuff set up. The name changed and some great changes are in the works, it sounds like. They will have cameras up soon. Security is always my main topic. Looking forward to improved and needed changes. I took a pic of their sign so you can see where to rent a unit.
If you are looking for a nice clean storage unit this is the place to go. They have climit control units as well as outside drive up units. They will get you the unit you need and the prices can not be beat no where around here. Most friendly, understandable, helpful and reliable service you will find y'all check them out. You want regret it.
I have been this company for several years. And I'm very happy with my service. I haven't had any brake it's or any problems. If so the owner takes cares of them promptly.
