I had a really positive experience with this oral surgeon and their entire team. I appreciated the transparency—there were no surprises, and everything was clearly explained upfront. From my initial consult to the actual tooth extraction, the entire process at East Hudson Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was fast and seamless. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, and everything is explained thoroughly so you always know what to expect. Had a great experience. I had a broken tooth removed, a bone graft and an implant placed. The staff was knowledgeable, organized, and professional. My experience went smoothly and efficiently. The wait time was minimal. I woke up and had 0 pain, did not even need Tylenol. Great use of new technology but with old school knowledge. Would recommend.

My experience at East Hudson OMS was excellent. Staff members I interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. Dr Smail conversed with me while waiting for my mouth to numb, and the extraction itself was smooth and painless. In fact, I had no pain following the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Smail’s expertise and “chair-side” manner.

Dr. Smail’s office is kind and caring. I was in for the first portion of an implant, and it was seamless. From the initial vital check to the wheel chair to the car. Everything was great. Have had no complications since the procedure, and have followed their directions, and which had given me limited discomfort, and no further bleeding or issues.. Thank you for a great experience, wil see you in a few months.
