Great place to rent a storage unit from even though they may not be open like in the storage unit they still give 100% customer service kind they listen and they’re very helpful and I really appreciate Jordan for all that all his help I feel like I spoke with him the most he is patient kind let me get it out. I really like that. I’m a chatty Cathy so you know, but yes, best place I would always rent a storage unit from you guys so thank you you and thank you to Jordan. You’re awesome.
this place has rats!!!! they chewed a hole through several of my items. Owner also provided a broken storage unit lock. The locking mechanism on the door was completely mangled. they also have a proration scam where they give you a prorated rate and then charge you again. just stick to U-Haul self storage and you can actually pick your own payment date. I have been dealing with this storage unit for years the previous owners and the new owners has been awesome. Excellent customer service anything we need done to our unit hands down they are in quick action on taking care of it. I will always choose them first.
Just rented a unit at and it’s super clean. Signing up online was pretty easy. I would highly recommend if you need storage!
