Service or Repair Issues I paid 300$ for my safety deposit and Ive been calling everyday for 3 months and no one calls me back or helps me, I went in person the manager is supposedly always busy or out on an errand I just need help getting my money its way past the 30 days and there not doing anything to fix it nor acknowledge me
Service or Repair Issues I moved in 2/4/2024 and the very day, my washer stopped working and was reported. Since this date, my washing machine, dishwasher and HVAC have been broken. I've made numerous work or, phone calls, in-person visits and have had NO RESOLUTION. It is now summer time and my apartment reaches 90 daily. 6/9 someone came to bring a portable unit and had not returned or contacted me to follow up. I have eczema and my skin is inflamed regularly from the heat in my apartment.
Problems with Product/Service On 8/31/21 I moved out of my apartment to relocate since my lease was up. I never received my deposit back which had a large amount of funds remaining from my ledger. I was told that I wasn't being charged any fees since I had put the apartment back to the original state it was giving to me in. Long story short I never received my deposit back.
