I tried to post earlier and it was erased. My experience wasn't good. Because of a "foul-up" on credit card I wasn't able to pay except 100.00. The charge for blood tests which took about 5-7 minutes was 523.00. Because I wasn't able to pay this exorbitant amount I signed a promissory note. But instead of waiting for those payments they were somehow able to withdraw unauthorized money from my checking account this making it impossible to pay my other bills for that month except rent and necessities. I was a little hesitant at first when they asked if they could take my baby back without me. When i said no, they let me go back with him. I appreciate being able to be with him and ask questions.
Absolutely rude. And complete liars. Said they took a voucher to cover the cost of spaying, then lied and said they don't take it as full payment, and tried to charge an extra $150 saying no voucher covers it, when the voucher clearly states it pays for the spay. Then, they said they were the only vet in town to took the voucher, and "you'll be back". Which was also a complete lie. Don't take your animals here.
All five kittens are doing well after their neutering, frisky as ever, and will hopefully soon have good forever homes. Thank you for giving them such excellent care.
they were able to get me in for my dogs emergency laceration repair and I really liked the doctor
