I had two teeth extracted. Dr. Evans and his Assistant, Stephanie, we're outstanding. I was chilly, so they gave me a very warm blanket. Dr. Evans tells you exactly what's going to happen and has a very calming voice, tender hands, and is very caring, compassionate, and professional. I will gladly recommend them!
First of I wanna say the Sevierville location team was amazing in my son’s oral surgery. Clean and sanitized place.. friendly staff.. knowledgeable staff as well. Glad we were referred to this team from our primary dentist. Second off … I wanna make clear if it wasn’t for the ladies who deal with the insurances, then my son wouldn’t have had his surgery. My daughter went in for 3 tooth extractions and a chain put on a tooth. They were very clear on the procedure as well as helped get it approved by insurance. They were direct and professional making sure we understood what was going to happen and what to expect when we got home. They kept her comfortable and made sure she wasnt scared. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will be going back to them for any procedures I need in the future.
My son had a tooth that needed extracted that they couldn’t quite take care of in our dentists office. Since he’s 12 and was a little nervous, our dentist called ETOMS. We were worked in the same day, immediately!! Dr Evans and staff made my son feel so comfortable and took great care with him!! From the moment we walked in until the moment we left and every interaction in between, great experience.
