We had such a wonderful experience with the entire team at the oral surgery clinic. From the moment we arrived, everyone was professional, kind, patient, and truly caring toward my daughter and our family. I hate to leave a bad review after seeing all of the great reviews they have, but our experience was different. My pregnant wife needed a tooth extraction, and on a good note they were able to get us in faster than anyone else. The out of pocket pay was low, and the process was fast and streamlined. My wife wasn't able to receive much pain medication beyond a local numbing agent, so of course this experience was painful and not fun. This was expected, and not the reason for the review. Very easy to get an appointment. Was scheduled for tooth removal within 2 days of calling. Check in was easy, out-of -pocket charge was very low. Longest part of appointment was waiting for gum area to numb. Doctor had the tooth out in. 5 minutes. I was shocked he was done so fast. I would highly recommend this practice!
I Want To Share This First!!! If you live in NC do NOT USE MEDICAID TRANSPORT!! They use Uber and Lyft and we almost didn't make it there and was late to my appointment, and then each driver kept canceling because in that small town there really isn't many. I made it back to Asheville at 7pm. NOW for the Dentist Dr. Cooper he was amazing and did a terrific job pulling 8 teeth, my entire top is gone now. Best experience i have had getting a tooth pulled ever. It was broken but still showing it took longer for it to get numb then it did for him to pull it in 3 pieces and it never hurt after that day. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. And since tooth was still showing they even lowered the price from the original quote. 10/10 would reccomend. This is the only place I will go for a tooth extraction again
