I received a referral from my dentist, called to make an appointment, amd was able to get in the same day. I was seen by a friendly periodontal technician to get me ready to see the doctor. She was super friendly and explained everything while doing it. Dr. Richardson performed an exam and was really thorough, again making sure I understood everything. What a wonderful inviting place. From the moment I checked in with Crystal to Sarah who is the technician to meeting Dr Price to ending with Stephanie who does all of the insurance work, I felt taken care of and empowered. A friend recommended Dr Price and I’m so glad.
I had a deep clean today with Crystal. Totally amazing. I was very impressed with how thorough she was throughout the procedure. Crystal made me feel very relaxed by explaining everything that was going to happen and that if I had any discomfort at any time to make her aware of it. She made sure that I understood my care at home of my teeth and what to expect. I am grateful for Crystal 's professionalism and friendly conversation which helped with relaxation.
If you need a perio office look no further! Dr. Richard’s was kind, genuine and made sure I was not in pain. He is so skilled at what he does. Amy the hygienist was so informative and went out of her way to educate me on my situation. Shonda and Kailey the assistants continued to check on me and ensure I knew what was being done.
