You need to be more honest about what to expect in a wait time. I was originally told by MULTIPLE PEOPLE here it was going to take about 4 weeks. Now I’m told it could take 6 to 8 months to find a provider who works outside of the hours of 8am to 3pm. You’re just leaving people on the hook. Also can’t even provide me with someone over the summer within those hours.
