You get the worst maintenance at this place. Took 18 months to get a used front door put in after I had to get the man that was the code e forser on it & maintenance. Bad hot water heater & furnace also stove & maintenance won't do nothing. Awful stink in bathroom sink nothing done. I could on about the awful neighbors that live around me also. Don't go outside after dark!!!. Police & Swat Team been at neighbors close by.
I lived at Eastgate from 2019-2023. Sheila is amazing, the atmosphere is quiet, and the only downside is maintenance had a turnover and the new guys are rude and inconsiderate.
My sister Mary lou has lived at those apartments for 9 years and has been broken into twice. She spoke with Sheila and corporate and they refuse to help in anyway. The drug abuse is way out of control here. She is currently looking to move.
I've lived in Eastgate since 2005. I wouldn't move anywhere else. NO UTILITIES in EASTGATE APTS. Anytime anything goes wrong, maintance is right on it! They have to because it's Sec 8/HUD The best Sec 8 apt complex around. Nice APTS
