I received the most harm warming and gracious help I’ve ever received from a customer service rep from the young lady named Marlie. Marlie took the time to work through my problem with me and even stayed a little bit later than she had to. She had a great sense of humor and you could just tell that she cares. If Marlie was by my bedside at the hospital I would have no problem making it out with the kindness she displayed to me and the others that came after me.
