Was treated professionally and courteously expeditiously and with knowledge and care Great team by all and doctor was very thorough. From the phone conversations to the actual appointment top notch service. Derrick was so helpful and professional. He explained the process to me asked questions was very helpful and calming. Dr. Elhiani was so caring and took the time to explain what needed to be to be done, his estimation of how long to get my foot healed. I had never been to a Pediatrist before and was happy to visit one for the first time. Doctor was great . I enjoyed his professionalism. The clinic staff were friendly as well. One sour point was I ordered a slip on arch support. They verified my insurance covers it 100%, yet strangely they had me pay a deposit. They said it will be refunded in 2 weeks. This place is awesome! It’s brand new, super clean, and the waiting room is really comfortable. Jazmin and Derrick were incredible — friendly, efficient, and caring. I hurt my foot and needed some X-rays, and the whole process was quick and easy. Dr. Elhiani took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Everyone in the office is warm and welcoming. If you ever have a foot injury or need a podiatrist, I highly recommend checking them out!
Very pleasant experience. The staff was very professional, helpful and explained everything they did. The doctor was top notch and very professional. He did a great job on my husband's feet. I didn't even recognize his toes after the Dr Elhiani finished him. I was very impressed with our visit.
