From the phone conversations to the actual appointment top notch service. Derrick was so helpful and professional. He explained the process to me asked questions was very helpful and calming. Dr. Elhiani was so caring and took the time to explain what needed to be to be done, his estimation of how long to get my foot healed. Dr Elhiani is a refreshing medical practioner. With genuine kindness, patience & knowledge, he addresses patient's foot issues in detail for easy understanding. As a new patient I'm looking forward to following his advice & protocol to help my issue with plantar fascitis. In addition, Derreck & staff are professional & offer excellent additional patient support!
This place is awesome! It’s brand new, super clean, and the waiting room is really comfortable. Jazmin and Derrick were incredible — friendly, efficient, and caring. I hurt my foot and needed some X-rays, and the whole process was quick and easy. Dr. Elhiani took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Everyone in the office is warm and welcoming. If you ever have a foot injury or need a podiatrist, I highly recommend checking them out!
Doctor Elhiani is a great listener and made me feel as though he genuinely cared about me. He is extremely knowledgeable and has state-of-the-art equipment, but only recommends what is necessary. Derrick and the balance of his staff were all great. My experience was very positive.
Very pleasant experience. The staff was very professional, helpful and explained everything they did. The doctor was top notch and very professional. He did a great job on my husband's feet. I didn't even recognize his toes after the Dr Elhiani finished him. I was very impressed with our visit.
