My foot and heel pain became extreme and so I called to get an appointment and was able to get in the very next morning. Once there, I was able to have x-rays in the office, told how to make things better and offered a tool For stretching, saving me An Amazon purchase. The staff is always very friendly. A breezy experience! The offices were clean and bright. The staff was super friendly; Derrick was efficient and helpful in explaining everything at check in/with insurance and Maria made sure I was well taken care of. The x ray technician/nurse assistant was wonderful too. The doctor was beyond nice and took the time to walk me through everything. Whereas most medical experiences are sterile and detached, this one was the opposite!
The service here at Ezee Foot was very quick, we called and had an appointment the same day! The reception staff were very warm and welcoming, and answered all our “New Patient” questions and queries without hesitation, and they were very informative. Derrick (one of the Dr’s assistants) was also very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter and I both had a great experience with Dr. Elhiani and the whole team. During the whole visit from booking to check out all staff members (especially Derrick and Maria) were thorough and thoughtful. Dr. Elhiani was very efficient and made the procedure as painless as possible. Highly recommend visiting !
