Have been delighted during my time here so far. Great community events, great parks and walking paths, close to conveniences and nice neighbors. Doesn’t hurt that the maintained and lawns are all taken care of for me as well! The leasing office is welcoming and anytime there is anything needed, the staff is quick to resolve or respond.
I cannot say enough good things about this property management company. After experiencing the most traumatic event of my life, they stepped in with compassion, sincerity, and support that went far beyond their job description. They organized people to help me move, offered every resource they could, and even helped me hang my TVs as I tried to start over. Their kindness made an impossible moment feel a little less overwhelming. I am truly grateful for everything they did and would recommend them without hesitation.
We lived here for almost two years. Echelon Village is a great place for renters. There are a couple of playgrounds and newly build pickleball courts. The neighborhood is great, the elementary school is one block away. The managers and maintenance are quick to answer and help.
I would have to say it really comes down to management. Yes the homes are beautiful, the property itself is very well planned, but it's the team that truly seals the deal for me. I have never had such an amazing experience with property management like this, at this level of professionalism before.
