It truly feels like a community and the property management here has gone above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about this property management company. After experiencing the most traumatic event of my life, they stepped in with compassion, sincerity, and support that went far beyond their job description. They organized people to help me move, offered every resource they could, and even helped me hang my TVs as I tried to start over. Their kindness made an impossible moment feel a little less overwhelming. I am truly grateful for everything they did and would recommend them without hesitation.
So far my experience here has been very positive. Rent is slightly expensive. And I wish they had more community amenities like a clubhouse, gym, pool and better bigger playgrounds. But it is a very nice safe community.
My husband and I lived in Echelon Village for three years. We LOVED it—only moved because we bought a home. It is beautiful, well-cared for, central to everything. It was really care free living for the entire time we were there. Rebecca and Tiffany in the property management office were awesome—very responsive and kind.
