I have been with ECLARO since 2013 and I plan to stay! It is rare for a company to have the family feel and ECLARO definitely has it. My co-workers are great and the boss’ are great too! Everyone is approachable and provides support whenever they can. I’m not surprised why our ex employees are coming back. I’m so proud to be a part of this awesome company! To many many years with ECLARO! 🥰

Very generous and people-oriented company. Engagement programs are thoughtfully organized and help build a positive work environment. The management is always there when you need them, and the CEOs take time to meet and talk with employees during their visits to the Philippines. I’m happy to be part of this company!
