We had a 20 year old+ unit that worked better than my brand new Ecoer unit. I have heat set to 64 heat and cool set to 70, it's 68 degrees outside yet its 75 degrees in my house. Last year during Spring I had to wait 3 weeks for this same issue to be handled, and take time off work, here we are again spring time and my unit is doing the same exact thing.
