Wasn't happy with their professionalism e.g. including a typo in the meta description of my site ('teh' instead of 'the') and their accountability, i.e. what they said they had done, compared to what I could see had been done. Have transferred my SEO to a professional, accountable provider. They turned up at my door demanding I take down a negative Google review, then sent me an invoice days later for the next month!!😝
