An incompetent, unreliable company. We’re now more than a week without a fully functioning plumbing system. Here’s what happened: Our above ground water pump stopped working. EPH was called July 6th. I was promised a plumber would arrive between 9:00 am and 9 :30 am on July 7th. By 10:00 am on July 7th, no one was at my home. I called EPH.
