In such a freezing winter, our basement was suddenly overwhelmed by a raw sewage backup. Was told the time was 8am until 1pm. Called at 130p. Was told I would revive a call. Waited until 330 pm. Was told I would reviece a text. Neither happened. Waited 9 hours and a technician charged the fee for doing nothing. Will never recommend this company.

Wasn't very happy with the service. $750 in labor for less the 2 hours of work. Never managed to actually make any of the appointments they scheduled, were either always 4+ hours late or had to reschedule. The call center had a bad habit of making up information that wasn't true just to get me off the phone. No one really seemed to know what was going on. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of one is because one lone supervisor or lead decided at some point to step up and complete the job finally.

Came out same day to fix our furnace. Not only found the issue and fixed it, but went to the hardware store to create a permanent solution so we won't have a problem in the future. This is my 3rd time calling Edwards Plumbing. Pricing has been fair, response time is fast, and customer service is great. They have become my go-to.
