Good morning! It was a great experience! Keane was so kind and professional. I was really strapped for cash and he thought of out of the box solutions to keep the cost low! He worked quickly and i was very happy with the results! I've already recommended you guys to my neighbors!

We were able to get an appointment the next morning, scheduling was very easy. The tech, Mike, was great. My house was chaos with a screaming 2 year old and he walked in cool as a cucumber. He got everything done quickly and explained everything clearly. Answered all my questions. Very fair pricing as well and fixed in

Sump pump failed night before expected rain. Edwards had a tech available within an hour of calling and offered reasonable pricing for emergency work. Keane arrived promptly and had a new sump pump installed in barely any time at all. Keane was professional and knowledgeable, quick but not rushed, kept me informed on the status, cleaned the area better than it was before he got there, shared some valuable info on the operation of the pump and did a great job overall.

Keane L. was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We didn’t expect to have to replace our water heater yesterday- and when we did suddenly we felt absolutely taken care of by Keane. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonably priced option and knowledgeable service providers.

Keane Little did an excellent job. He fixed both of my plumbing problems and assessed my water pipes possible needs for the future. He was very helpful and professional in his work and explained what was needed very clearly to me. I would definitely hire him again for any plumbing work that I need to have done.
