The worst experience I have ever had. This guy should not be a plumber. When a guy from the city who was there to turn the water off takes you aside and tells you plumber doesn’t know what he is doing. What do you say about that except feel helpless like how I felt during this experience. Look at the water pipes and gas line in the photo. I was stunned when I saw this. Good morning! It was a great experience! Keane was so kind and professional. I was really strapped for cash and he thought of out of the box solutions to keep the cost low! He worked quickly and i was very happy with the results! I've already recommended you guys to my neighbors!

Sump pump failed night before expected rain. Edwards had a tech available within an hour of calling and offered reasonable pricing for emergency work. Keane arrived promptly and had a new sump pump installed in barely any time at all. Keane was professional and knowledgeable, quick but not rushed, kept me informed on the status, cleaned the area better than it was before he got there, shared some valuable info on the operation of the pump and did a great job overall.

Orondey did a great job of replacing our sump pump and battery back up sump pump. He was very polite and cleaned up when he was finished. When I called yesterday in the early afternoon they were going to send someone out that same day. Unfortunately I had to leave so they put me in for first thing this morning. I was not expecting such fast service. I figured it would be days.

Aaron Maisano was the technician that came out to do our HVAC and plumbing… he was fantastic… very knowledgeable and willing to go over everything so we understood what he was doing. Aaron was also very nice and professional… very pleased with the service.
