Keane came out and got us a brand new Moen faucet with their lifetime warranty which I had no idea about. He could have easily had me buy a brand new one but instead made sure I was made aware and made me feel like a truly valued customer. 10/10 highly recommend

Called due to a suspected water pressure regulator issue. Keane had it and 2 valves replaced with soldered copper in a few hours while also cleaning the entire area. Highly reccomend Edwards Plumbing & Heating and if you're in the Washtenaw area ask for Keane.

When you discover a dead sump pump two days before a predicted week of rain, you really NEED a competent and prompt plumber! Edwards Plumbing sent me Connor, who showed up early, brought the necessary parts, installed everything, cleaned up, and was friendly and professional. Way to go!

Victor Long was the service tech and he was excellent at the job I needed done. He was courteous, explained what he’d found and how to fix it. My drains are back in working order now. I’m quite happy with the service and the results. Thank you Victor.👍

M.Price was great! He was efficient, offered suggestions& recommendations for a future project. Was not happy with customer service as appt was scheduled for a Saturday between 1-4. After multiple calls a tech would not be able to come out the following day. Don’t over commit for the weekends.
