Our appointment was lovely. Our plumber Kory B. was quick and personable. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He also gave us some future advice regarding the roots impacting our system which was highly appreciated. I felt like he respected our space and truly did his best. He brought a great energy with him. If we were to have another problem we would ask for him specifically. 10/10
Jerry did what he could. He let us know our options and was very thorough. However, 3 times and 3 missed appointments we still dont have the toilet set. Understand busy, but was hoping they would finish what they start. Spoke with a company representative that was very professional and made the situation right.
Jerry Johnson did an amazing job and fixed are frozen pipes lest then an hour and a half. Thank you so much for getting done so quickly and the friendly service. Will definitely call again if anymore issues.
Jerry was such a wonderful technician! He was very polite and took the time to explain a few issues that our current plumbing had that lead to the problem instead of just clearing our kitchen sink clog and leaving which means the world to me as the owner of a serious fixer upper home. The confidence that gives me to come back and use EPH in the future is huge. I have an older home that needed sewer line replacement. The technician from EPH was Jerry Johnson. Jerry was very knowledgeable and explained what to expect during the sewer replacement process. It was very evident that Jerry takes alot of pride in his work as if he was doing the work on his own home.
