Keane came out and got us a brand new Moen faucet with their lifetime warranty which I had no idea about. He could have easily had me buy a brand new one but instead made sure I was made aware and made me feel like a truly valued customer. 10/10 highly recommend

When you discover a dead sump pump two days before a predicted week of rain, you really NEED a competent and prompt plumber! Edwards Plumbing sent me Connor, who showed up early, brought the necessary parts, installed everything, cleaned up, and was friendly and professional. Way to go!

Victor Long was the service tech and he was excellent at the job I needed done. He was courteous, explained what he’d found and how to fix it. My drains are back in working order now. I’m quite happy with the service and the results. Thank you Victor.👍

I had a great experience with Edwards Plumbing & Heating out of Monroe. They were extremely accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to understand the issue and got it fixed quickly and professionally. It’s hard to find reliable service like that these days—highly recommend them to anyone in need of honest, quality work.

JP was great, honest and explained everything he found and what he was doing. He told us potential problems we could run into in the future, but reassured us that we didn’t need to panic. Overall a great experience
