This is an amazing company. I recently bought a pair of bamboo pants but had to return them for a larger size. unfortunately they never arrived at the company. unfortunately i had not used tracking.After stating how distraught I was the company sent me a new pair. They did not have to do that. I can't think of another company who has better customer service
