In 2005 I was in a 5-car pile up with injuries. A prior attorney failed to represent me well in court and the case sat with no movement for 3 years until Mr. Eftekhari stepped in in 2008. I'm not sure how he did it but paperwork was filed for my case and before I knew it he had a settlement agreement ready for me. Mr. Eftekhari, this is long overdue - thank you so much for your help. Mr Eftekhari and his staff were a pleasure to work with, he even took time out of his busy day and had me come in to explain various things how settlements are determined. I always received a email back on anything that would come up ( this does not happen with most Attorneys). Thanks again.
