This clinic is great! I've been going now for a year and I've been to 4 different clinics in Las Vegas and around California. This is by far the BEST clinic I've been with. They really work with you, and have more options then just one to get off opioids. Counselors are great, facility's nice and clean all the employees are very nice and caring. I give these guys 5*'s ALL DAY EVERYDAY! DH
Upon reading the last review I just had to laugh. Yeah the staff can sometimes seem a bit rude but the truth is that if you have managed to get so deeply addicted to drugs you need to be on methadone courteous treatment is the least of your worries. If however,you have become addicted to opiates and you are circling the drain then this place could be the answer. I was on methadone maintenance here a few different times in the last 2 years. Overall I liked the staff. Shannon is a great counselor and the nurses are awesome. The front desk receptionists can come off as unfriendly or rude at first, but really they're super nice and super sassy and there's nothing wrong with that. Your success in this program is all on you.
The staff is not friendly at all they don't greet or even acknowledge you. After I checked in I waited over an hr when I asked when I'd be seen they all looked at each other they had forgotten I was waiting. I waited another 30 minutes and I still wasn't seen so I left don't waist your time go somewhere else.
They truly recognized my physical and emotional state. I had been in the program since 2012. Had my monthly take homes & I was doing a helova job. But life got in the way and I had bro & SIL came right In because I had been caring for her, the house, bills....everything. I had many grandmal seizures and I don't know what happened to me or anyone for 4 months. During all this. She managed to give her POA & became a 2nd signer on my account. I am in the process of pursuing legal action against the doctor of their clinic for malpractice, the Asian gentleman who is apparently a doctor refused to continue my treatment because he was reading the wrong test results, not to mention the absolute unprofessional way he went about it that was honestly downright rude and dangerous when dealing with something as severe as seeking addiction treatment, he told me I there's nothing he could do for me and kicked me out , no referral no reasonable reason and he refused to re tes... read more
Diana the office manager is one sneaky fake miserable bitc* I'm utterly appalled by her behavior and unprofessionalism. She doesn't deserve her position. Even the way she talks to the children she watches behind the desk is scary and disturbing. I truly cannot believe she's still working there. I'm very surprised they haven't caught on to her horrible personality. The 2 front desk girls are absolutely amazing. My councilor Nikki is awesome. I'm happy with my treatment other than Diana that doesn't belong there.
