Good service. Good selection of RVs. Reservation process was easy and the orientation was easy too. I'd use them again. I felt like their service was cheaper than what was offered by others.
Absolutely awesome experience with El Monte!! They have a great staff who gave us clear tips and instructions. It was exactly as they said. No hidden charges or suprises. And they had a whole wall of free items from previous vacationers, where you could find anything from firewood shovels and chairs, to food, coffee, and dishsoap! Everything on our RV worked perfectly and was in good condition. Exceeded all expectations! Will definately rent again!
This place is highly underrated on google. We had an amazing experience from checkin to check out. The RV was very clean and provided everything we needed for our weekend at the Gorge. The staff were extremely professional and generous when giving us a walkthrough of our RV. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!!!
Our family just had an amazing 18 day road trip from Seattle to Arizona. The whole process was easy peasy from start to finish. Dirk was extremely professional and helpful. He explained how to use everything. We will definitely be back for more adventures! Thank you El Monte!
Seamless pick up and drop off experience. The RV drove fantastic, it was super clean on pick up, and every utility worked perfectly. Dirk was extremely helpful and polite, best rental experience ever (as an old man I would recommend a sleep pad for the bed) but overall a wonderful all around experience. We Will be coming back.
