I called yesterday to book a rv I sporks with a girl name Marisa Denton I made sure I got her name she was very friendly extremely helpful very patient I mean I was very impressed!!!! I highly recommend going through El Monte rv rentals their customer service is awesome !!!

pick up went smooth. the RV was in pretty good condition, it was a 2016 model. Drove home and the generator kept shutting off, so i called the roadside number and the girl was a b$tch....... then the leveling jacks wouldn't work, next guy was nicer. Once connected to 220v power everything was fine, everything worked, everything in good condition, no bs on the return, the mileage charge was like $50 and we drove 400 plus miles. Avoid this company. God forbid you try to get a hold of them. You cant talk to any supervisor on the phone. You have to email them and they don't respond in a timely manner at all. From the minute I got to our camp site in this RV, it was a complete nightmare. The bathroom sink and toilet were leaking, the slide-out didn't work until a tech had to show up, the fridge wasn't cooling, and the window handles were literally falling off. Booked for $800, RV was fine, process was slow, returned after hours knowing there'd be a cleaning fee as we didn't have a vacuum but the extra $1,600 in extra fees floored us. They wouldn't return our calls and customer service at corporate says they can't help. So frustrating. Was told $800 and charged $2,400!!!
