I have lived in this apartment complex for the past two years, and it has by far been the best apartment experience I’ve had. Everyone who works here has been nothing short of amazing. Agatha and Keely are exceptional at what they do and are always willing to help whenever needed. Supervisor Head of maintenance Roger excellent gentleman received the work order for the ac issue in the unit came and figured out the issue and fixed it. Also want to give a review on the maintenance team Manny And Deontae I see the whole crew every morning and they are so nice says Good morning each time I see them and they also work as well love the maintenance team here please take good care of them because it’s hard trying to find a excellent crew that cares about their job.
I am thoroughly impressed with how Roger has handled my maintenance requests. The response to my AC issue was handled with extreme professionalism and respect for my apartment. The work was completed with a level of proficiency and accuracy that you don't always find when renting. It is a huge relief to live somewhere where repairs are treated with such technical expertise and finished in a timely manner. Thank you Roger!
I can’t say enough good things about Deonte and Manny. They respond so quickly and always get my issues fixed the same day without hesitation. On top of that, they’re incredibly friendly and always have great attitudes. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their work and makes such a difference knowing the maintenance team here is reliable.
Deonte,Roger and Manny have been 10/10 apartment maintenance staff. They pay close attention to detail. Are thorough with the problem at hand and provide just all around a genuine and warm personality to the apartment. I don’t feel like I’m inconveniencing them if I have questions and they are always happy to help. Sincerely hope they don’t go anywhere because they’re cool dudes to have help out around here.
