I have really enjoyed living here. All of the staff are super friendly and will help you out with any issue no matter how small. The community is quiet for the most part. Your walls aren't paper thin, so you don't hear your neighbors constantly. The pool area can get busy and noisy during the warmer months but that is to be expected. I have absolutely loved living at the Elan Apartments. While the community and location are fantastic, what truly elevates the experience is the incredible maintenance staff, particularly Deonte and Manny. Anytime I've had a maintenance request, big or small, they tackle it with remarkable efficiency and skill. I love it here. My leasing agent, Keely Rodriguez was great, she made moving in effortless on my part. She and the team at Elan made me feel right at home and accommodated. If there was anything I needed throughout the process of moving in they responded quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful apartment and place to call home. 10/10 recommend.
Agatha has been absolutely wonderful throughout my move into the new apartment! She was professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to every detail. The leasing process was very easy and the agent, Keely, I worked with is an angel! She’s incredibly nice and was able to get me moved in smoothly and efficiently with little to no problems. Whatever small problems that were brought up were resolved immediately as well. I would recommend this complex!
