I love it here. My leasing agent, Keely Rodriguez was great, she made moving in effortless on my part. She and the team at Elan made me feel right at home and accommodated. If there was anything I needed throughout the process of moving in they responded quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful apartment and place to call home. 10/10 recommend.
Agatha has been absolutely wonderful throughout my move into the new apartment! She was professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to every detail. From the first walkthrough to move in day, she made the entire process smooth and stress free. The leasing process was very easy and the agent, Keely, I worked with is an angel! She’s incredibly nice and was able to get me moved in smoothly and efficiently with little to no problems. Whatever small problems that were brought up were resolved immediately as well. I would recommend this complex!
I had a great move-in process! I am military and had to do most of the process online because I wasn’t even in the same state yet. My leasing assistant Agatha was very understanding and helpful every step of the way! Any question I had was answer within minutes via email. And I was checked-in on a lot throughout the process. My entire leasing process was 10 out of 10! The management here was phenomenal. When I first visited the office, I met with the property manager, who explained to me their offers and showed me a tour of the complex in which I was pleased with.
