I highly recommend Fernando , the Maintenance Technician! He is incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with the best attitude. He truly goes above and beyond whenever you need anything. Manny is not only great at his job, but also a genuinely wonderful person. We’re very lucky to have him! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The maintenance staff here are great! Manny did an excellent job fixing my refrigerator. He made it a priority and took care of the issue quickly. I rarely have any maintenance issues, but when I do, the process to resolving them is very easy.

I wanted to give a big thank-you to **Roger and Fernando** for the excellent job they did replacing my apartment’s main door. They were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently throughout the entire process. The new door looks great, and they made sure everything was properly installed and working before they finished. I really appreciate the quality of their work and the care they put into the job. Roger and Fernando did an outstanding job, and their work is greatly appreciated!

I am very grateful that Roger was able to fix the AC in my unit. He did an excellent job repairing it and he is probably one of the few people able to fix an older model like mine. The wiring was completely fried and it looked like a disaster. But he got it up and running within a couple days. Elan is very lucky to have him on their team, especially someone with his skillset and experience. Thanks!

Keely is the best leasing agent I have ever worked with! Answered every question we had and worked diligently to assist us at every turn! The apartments themselves are also great and maintenance has been super helpful and responsive so far!
