Moved in only a couple weeks ago and my leasing process was extremely smooth and Keely in the office is such a delight to deal with! She is extremely responsive and helped me through the entire process and answered all my questions patiently. So far I’ve had nothing but good experiences here.
Agatha did a fantastic job assisting me with the application and paperwork from afar. She responded quickly and efficiently, always providing helpful solutions. She truly went above and beyond. The amenities are also great—clean and well-maintained.

Management is ok and generally good at getting things done that you need but i feel its very overpriced for the location it is in and it is also extremely dangerous here. Huge lack of security. Always falling asleep to gunshots and sirens. People use the pool who don’t live here and make it so residents can’t go down and use it. Property is pretty well kept but the center where dog park is at is very undeveloped. Maintenance guys are fantastic though!
As an Airman I LOVE their apartments! Yes, what happened was tragic but that can honestly happen anywhere. It wasn’t the workers fault it was the cop. The people in the office are SO nice anything you need they will help you! The apartments are beautiful I’ve had no problems! Their apartments aren’t super expensive and they are definitely worth every penny anyways! Their pool and gym are kept super clean. I love living here!
