I've frequently wound up at this store for the deals here. Im a fan of the company and stay in the shoals and frequent the Florence store as well, but, for the situations that I can't buy in town and pick up at the local.l store and am.too impatient to wait for shipping, its well.worth rhe drive. They staff there is knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful and have always made my visits well worth my hour+ drive
Sam was actually the BEST, most helpful person we could have had to help us pick out a new gaming computer/monitor. He was so knowledgeable and so willing to answer any questions we had. Come here for any electronic, furniture, or home appliance needs. They will take amazing care of you!

Electronic Express is awesome. Jordan and Zach were so helpful in helping me buy a TV. I had originally bought one from Best Buy on Black Friday that was delivered two weeks late, and with a busted screen. I took the TV back and found the same model at EE, they even matched the same price that Best Buy had on Black Friday. You can't beat that! Customer service to the max. EE will have my business for all things electronics from here on out.
First of all? Sam, general manager? Amazing. Did not try to upsell, did not try to do shady things. He heard me out as I explained my situation. Pointed out the perfect dryer for my needs. Delivery went smooth. So smooth infact, my household wasn’t disturbed, they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, efficient. I’m not going anywhere else for appliances or anything else for that matter. This place? Rocks! I’m definitely coming back!
