I recently purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer and had it delivered to my place and the old ones taken away. Everyone from the sales person to the delivery guys did an awesome job! Even though this brand costs more than most, I feel with the 5 year warranty and $100.00 rebate offer, plus the average life span being more than 15+ years even up to 25 it's an investment worth it!!
This was our first time shopping at Electronic Express and it definitely won’t be our last. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service we received. Came in undecided about a washer/dryer set and left feeling very informed about all the sets but landing on the Speed Queen. Very happy.
Service is stellar. Knowledge of products and professionalism by associate is far superior to nearby box store. Very happy with my new TV.
Electronic Express is awesome. Jordan and Zach were so helpful in helping me buy a TV. I had originally bought one from Best Buy on Black Friday that was delivered two weeks late, and with a busted screen. I took the TV back and found the same model at EE, they even matched the same price that Best Buy had on Black Friday. You can't beat that! Customer service to the max. EE will have my business for all things electronics from here on out.
I love this store. The workers are so nice and the prices are mind blowing, even compared to online pricing. I had no idea they even sold appliances and furniture either. Definitely will be coming back!
