I love this store. The workers are so nice and the prices are mind blowing, even compared to online pricing. I had no idea they even sold appliances and furniture either. Definitely will be coming back!
I’ve only been in store twice. This being the second time. I walked in and was instantly greeted. I told them I was looking for an open box television. One of the salesman, can’t remember his name, took me straight to where they were and we found it without much difficulty. We loaded it up. I paid. Was helped getting it in my vehicle and was off like a shot. Longest part was just checking out. Overall very pleased and satisfied! Thank you!
Way better than Lowes or Home Depot Electronic Express has appliance in stock so take it home today. Also did not have to find somebody to help me. The salesman were waiting at the front door. Fast good service. Thanks
The staff is very knowledgable and helpful! I spoke with James multiple times and he was super helpful every time— helped me arrange pickup and delivery. The prices are also great! Better than the other big box stores.
We have been long-time customers (30+ years) at Bob Wallace Appliance in Huntsville. After less-than-friendly service in their sales department and low inventory, I went to several other appliance stores to find a replacement for our broken washing machine.
