Service is stellar. Knowledge of products and professionalism by associate is far superior to nearby box store. Very happy with my new TV.
I love this store. The workers are so nice and the prices are mind blowing, even compared to online pricing. I had no idea they even sold appliances and furniture either. Definitely will be coming back!
Jamie gave me best the best experience I’ve had in a long time. He was very knowledgeable about every washer/dryer in store. He was patient in the midst of my indecisiveness. He has a very calming demeanor. I was panicking on the inside (from having so many decisions to choose from), but he calmly listened to all of my desires and helped me find the best set for me in my budget. Done dirty: listed price on computer was not honored. Went up by $100 at the checkout counter, manager decision. 2 stars only because the had inventory and floor staff was nice
If i could give negative stars i would. We came to this sorry place and was told to leave that it was “5 dollars a minute to sit in the chair” that we had to leave and not loiter. We was there i was getting conformation on the purchases. . Mind you i brought a trailer to purchase 2 chairs for a present . The manager said we was dirtying things up and referred to us a kids. i hate this store with a passion . & everything was a joke .
