I purchased a scratch & dent floor model of a Bosch dishwasher at a great price. Salesman was quite helpful. They allowed me to return the installation wiring kit ($25) that i wound up not needing. I will definitely shop here next time.
I just bought my washer and dryer from this place… I researched everywhere and this was the most reasonable price. Zack was the first one to help us and he was great. From there Damon, and Andrew helped us and they were great. Every hiccup they helped us through it. We highly recommend.
Zack and the whole staff were extremely helpfull, polite and professional! Zack took his time researching cooktops and found the exact match that would accommodate our cutout.. we were extremely frustrated after visiting the big box stores and not getting the proper help and Zack was understanding and calm while not rushing the process. We will be back for anything electronic! Also prices were comparable and they price match. 100000 stars for Electronic Express!!
Man, it is nearly impossible to beat this place. We have bought a washer, dryer, and a computer from these guys. Pricing is better and the sales teams were super helpful. Worked with Jeremy both times and really appreciated his help.
I came into Electronic Express “just to look,” and Sam used what I can only assume was wizardry and excellent customer service to help me find the perfect setup. He answered every question, translated tech jargon into normal human language, and somehow made shopping for electronics feel like a comedy show. If Electronic Express ever loses Sam, they should put his name on a plaque and lower the flags to half-staff. Five stars for Sam and his superhuman patience!
