⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been so impressed with Element Dermatology, especially Shawnee Brown, PA! She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to listen. Dr. Kristin Mellgren is great! We have great conversions while she checks me over. I feel very comfortable around her. She is caring and knowledgeable at what she does. I’ve had spots she has caught and removed before becoming invasive.
I was happy with my overall visit @ ELEMENT DERMATOLOGY. The clinic was beautiful inside & out. The reception desk was welcoming when I arrived. Everyone greeted me with smiles. I had a consultation with Dr Shawnee Brown. She was attentive & considerate. She asked me many questions, was willing to listen to my concerns & goals & truly seemed like she was trying to get to the bottom of my concerns & find a resolution. I will be returning for a follow up.
Although no one is excited for a procedure, the staff at Element is great! Dr. LaBine and the medical staff do a great job of making a patient feel comfortable and relaxed. I must mention that Tiffany O. (I hope I got the right Tiffany:) was very helpful, and provided excellent direction for continued care. I would highly recommend Element!
Really nice people. They were welcoming at the front desk, friendly on the way to the exam room, and my PA (Brook) treated me with professionalism and personal interaction. He patiently listened to my concerns and explained everything completely. I'd recommend Element Dermatology very highly.
