It was my first visit to Elementary Dermatology, and I truly have nothing but great things to say. From the moment I walked through the door, the entire experience was positive. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. I had the pleasure of seeing Shawnee, and she was absolutely wonderful. Only giving two stars because I love the aesthetic side… The other side is not my cup of tea whatsoever. The wait to see Shawnee was terrible, and I arrived early as well. I’ll take my insurance elsewhere when it comes to my Acne, it didn’t even seemed like she cared. I’ve seen better dermatologist in Indiana.
My experience at Element was outstanding. I was extremely nervous about my procedure, but within minutes, the nurse and the doctors understood 100%, and through personality and conversation managed to calm my nerves. The procedure went very well, and I truly appreciated their step by step communication with me. They did a great job all the way around. Nice people!!
Leslie has a fabulous personality and is extremely intelligent!! I love the way she presented her knowledge of skin, and how it works as we age. Leslie did a great job of presenting the whole picture of skin care, but also the mini steps along the way. She helped to make a game plan for the future. It was a treat to sit down with an honest person who only had your best interest in mind. I left feeling empowered. I would highly recommend Leslie for those interested in wanting to understand options for your skin care.
Dr Kristen Mellgren is really great. She explains everything so I can understand, is thorough and sensitive to the fact that I am “cash pay” and don’t have insurance. Thank you so much!
