I had a very pleasant visit with not a long waiting time. Nice staff making me feel very comfortable. Shawnee was wonderful! She listened, looked, asked questions to diagnose my problem. She also answered all my questions. With her prescribed treatments, I quickly was back to my "normal" happy self! Thank you Element Dermatology!!
It was my first visit to Elementary Dermatology, and I truly have nothing but great things to say. From the moment I walked through the door, the entire experience was positive. I had a virtual appointment with Shawnee and another member at the beginning, and they were both so kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Shawnee took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. LOVE Shawnee
Only giving two stars because I love the aesthetic side… The other side is not my cup of tea whatsoever. The wait to see Shawnee was terrible, and I arrived early as well. I’ll take my insurance elsewhere when it comes to my Acne, it didn’t even seemed like she cared. I’ve seen better dermatologist in Indiana.
Our visit was amazing! Friendly from the time we arrived. My daughter is non verbal, Shawnee treated her with the friendly, caring, respect she would give to anyone! Best place to go! Front desk was amazing as well!
