We had the best experience! You get what you pay for--- Our service tech Manny was very kind, knowledgeable and professional! He showed up on time and went to work. He educated me on our new homes system including Full HVAC with humidifier system and gas fireplace. He did research on our system and found answers and got it operating at its fullest. And he was tidy while he worked. Thanks Manny!
The guys came out and did a full inspection of my furnace and Ac unit and installed a thermostat. Fast, friendly and very informative.
We had an entire heating and cooling system installed by these guys, complete with duct work. The price was the best I found around here. They also came out the same day I called to give me an estimate on cost, and gave us a few different options and explained them all very well. We called Element Heating because we needed a whole house humidifier added to our furnace. The guys came that same day and gave us a quote with several different options. Within a week they had it all installed, programmed, and running like a charm. We loved the prompt, professional service. They have the billing and scheduling staff to give great support as well. We highly recommend this company.
Was so impressed with this company, and Derek in particular. They were Johnny-on-the-Spot. Derek worked closely with me to find the best solution for replacing my old oil furnace. Element Heating and Cooling were prompt, professional and efficient. My furnace is located in my basement which tends to flood due to a high water table.
