I value their dedication to providing comprehensive instructions on the operation of the new furnace and thermostat, as well as their willingness to address our inquiries. Element responded quickly to our issue and had someone come out within an hour to look at the problem. Thomas took the time to go through our system and explain everything that he was doing. He was able to solve the issue and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
Furnace was on the fritz and Element Heating and Cooling was on the job. Thomas was great and got me up and running. He recommended some repairs and didn't try to over sale me anything unnecessary. Thanks for the great work!
