I was charged for a full set of dentures that the top didn't fit in my mouth, was told I would not be charged. Came in to be fitted for the bottom to which one female employee stood in one doorway another employee stood in the other doorway held out her arm holding a baggie with the top denture still stuck on clay molding which I asked her what that was as she replied its the wax molding " you don't want it?"
