Had an exceptionally good experience at Elite Endodontics in Hooksett today. I was feeling great trepidation at having to have my first root canal, and Dr. Tadros and his team were absolutely fantastic and put even me at ease. From the friendly service at the front counter through everyone that performed my imaging to the team that assisted Dr. Tadros with the procedure itself, the team made me feel comfortable with what for me was a completely unknown procedure I only found out I needed yesterday. This was the best dentist appointments I have ever had in my life. In the past I have had many bad experiences with dentists. Uninterested staff, lack of eye protection, and sensitivity/pain even after numbing. Elite Endodontics is the complete opposite. Everyone was so friendly, nice, and reassuring. Dr. Solanki and her assistants Sam and Anastasiia were wonderful. Always checking in on me, letting me know what they were going to do and how it was going to feel. Had a wonderful experience there. Everyone was so lovely. They all were kind, compassionate and understanding. I have terrible anxiety with going to the dentist and they were so supportive the entire time. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Everett was amazing super kind and professional. All the staff was very caring, patient and professional as well. Every step was explained and they consistently checked in on comfort or if we had any questions. He was super kind to his staff and appreciative of their work too. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had with a dental office!
I have been having pain in the area after a root canal. I waited 4 months for it to subside. Called in 2 weeks ago to ask to be seen in case it was an infection or other. Was told "I had a follow up in 2 months but the Dr MIGHT want to talk with me"! Nobody ever followed up. I am now seeking help elsewhere. I'm not impressed with their lack of concern for their patients who had multiple expensive treatments there.
