Have been a customer of Elite pool’s for many years now. They redid our pool after a house fire and we are very pleased with the results.
Hope you are really close to Blue Springs. They didn't have the part needed for a warranty repair on a new Pentair heater (which is understandable) and now they act like - Centerview-Warrensburg area is Egypt. No time was provided to get back to complete the repair.
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to also not just provide pool service but also educate on their products and services.
Had a appointment for service, took vacation day to meet with tech to explain issues. Get a call finally at 3pm to say they won't be out. Mind you this appointment was on a Monday, four days later and still haven't shown up or called to update. Pretty crappy customer service. Won't be fixing my pool.
