Just took my water sample in and the employees did a wonderful job. They gave me exactly what I needed to get my pool perfect.
Have been a customer of Elite pool’s for many years now. They redid our pool after a house fire and we are very pleased with the results.
Elite pools showed up at my home 5/16 to open our pool. They flushed the lines, took off the cover, and dumped chemicals in our pool. (all of this is on camera) They then started the pump at about 25% capacity of the volume that should be in there. When I went to backwash it that night as instructed the pumps volume went down below 10% and essentially had to be shut off. Had a appointment for service, took vacation day to meet with tech to explain issues. Get a call finally at 3pm to say they won't be out. Mind you this appointment was on a Monday, four days later and still haven't shown up or called to update. Pretty crappy customer service. Won't be fixing my pool.
