I purchased a home and it came with a pool and i had no idea how to even run this thing so i ended up giving Elite pool a call cause i was told i needed it serviced and Haleigh ended up being super helpful on setting a service appointment and helping me as a new pool owner. Highly recommend, especially if you are new to having a pool.
Have been a customer of Elite pool’s for many years now. They redid our pool after a house fire and we are very pleased with the results.
Hope you are really close to Blue Springs. They didn't have the part needed for a warranty repair on a new Pentair heater (which is understandable) and now they act like - Centerview-Warrensburg area is Egypt. No time was provided to get back to complete the repair.
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to also not just provide pool service but also educate on their products and services.
